My Running Career and Current Personal Bests

I first started running in fall of 2005 at Jackson County Comprehensive High School. I joined the Cross Country team there that fall, and I was absolutely terrible. I ran my first 5k time trial in 30:13. I continued working, though, and by the end of that season, I had pushed my time down to 22:56. By the end of high school, I was running 5k races in the low 19-something range and was the fastest runner on the team. I was also fairly competitive in Track. I then moved to NGCSU in 2005, and ran cross country for several successful seasons there. Since I graduated, I have not been on a team, but I have remained committed to increasing my level of physical shape and running speed regardless. My personal bests are below.
